Before Impact Training I was searching for something different in my life. I had experience in my life that were no longer serving my highest good. But because of them I found Impact Training. Since I have gone thorough Impact Training I have been able to let go of being a victim of my pasted and move forward into the Now. Creating new possibilities to create healing relationships and create new ones with myself and my family. I now see that I am the one who creates my journey in this life that I bring joy, passion and freedom to myself as well as those I come into contact with. I create a healed world by being love and compassion. I am open to all possibilities to create healing and financial abundance for me and my family that I had not been open to before. I look forward to a new day each day with a passion to be my purpose and to claim my power as a divine spirit being. I see myself as limitless.

I radiate light, warmth and peace

Before Impact Training’s Quest: I was like the thin, thin fog cloud that one passes through while driving down the highway at 70 mph. This cloud lasts for only a few seconds and then it is gone. Passing through this fog is so quick and so dull that noticing its existence, the thought passes and it is forgotten. I was that thin, thin fog cloud because I was dull to behold with not much life and when someone met me I was nice and agreeable, but once I was out of sight. I became out of mind and forgotten just as quickly, leaving little to no impression.

After Impact Training’s Quest: On a cold rainy afternoon there is suddenly a break in the clouds and streaming sunbeam shines down with all it’s glory, beauty and strength illuminating whatever is in it’s path. This sunbeam provides warmth, peace and love. When looking upon this sunbeam it is breathtaking and beautiful to behold. Whatever the sunbeam touches that object sparkles and glows, radiating its beauty from within. I am the sunbeam. I am beautiful to behold and I radiate light, warmth and peace. Whoever I encounter, I leave an impression of love and inspire them to be themselves and just by being me, their beauty from within shines forth from a place of trust and love.

I Trust Myself

The greatest lesson I learned about myself through Impact Training is that I am good enough ~ something I never knew before Quest. I am good enough. I now TRUST myself, I TRUST other people, and I now TRUST GOD. When I took on my life through the powerful training of Impact Training I learned that I trusted no one ~ absolutely no one! I am enough

I learned through the Impact Training that I am enough. What I do and how I do it is perfect for me. I know now that I create my abilities and my limitations and control them.

A healed world to me is one where people can look into the eyes of another without judgment and each will know of the love the other has. We will truly become the family we are.

A Butterfly’s Story

My life began as thus…. I came into the world normally and progressed averagely. What trials and tribulations came I bore on my shoulders as I trudged on. I had no illusions of grandeur and glory; I simply tucked my chin and moved forward.

I had food to eat and a place to rest, I worked hard and honestly as I provided my daily needs and didn’t waste time on what could have been or could possibly still be.

It was in this mediocre march that God saw fit to burden me with obstacles and pain. My world became dark and binding. I felt as though every breath was a struggle and no longer found the will to engage in that steady climb of living the same way; traveling the same path that I had.

In the dark, my hope was diminished all the world became a haze and surely the restrictions of my stresses were too great for my strength. As I starved emotionally and physically and steadily spiraled into despair I stopped short of the point of utter devastation and death. Here at this place of pain and futility my soul’s fire refused to extinguish and the glimmer of light hidden deep within began to reach and stretch for a home. I cried to my God and emptied my heart. I begged for mercy and love. I claimed the desires that had lain dormant within me; smothered by a history of unworthy beliefs about who and what I was.

I confessed my weaknesses. I humbled myself in the knowledge that truly I could not see a way out of the bleakness all around me. I honored the Lord and openly accepted that it would be He and He only who could preserve and sustain me. I begged to be free and consented to His will. I poured out my soul day and night; I meditated, and pondered and prayed until there was all said that could be, all felt and expressed that was in me- and when complete; I rested. I trusted. I knew that all I could possibly do- I had done and the course of my destiny now lay in God’s hands….here there was peace.

As the darkness continued and time seemed to stop, a new desire began blossoming inside me; a thirst to stretch and grow and change and to BE; a passionate resolve to claim who I really am and see myself as God sees me; a DIVINE and BEAUTIFUL being created for a DIVINE and BEAUTIFUL existence; bathed in abundance and joy.

My desire grew, burning and tingling throughout me. I knew that God’s generosity and love was real and beyond my darkness and limited vision a world of peace, color, sunshine and LIGHT welcomed me.

I committed myself to COURAGE and honor and trust; I reached, I stretched, I risked, I jumped…..

I spread my wings- where no wings had been before and with faith in God I embraced the sky.

I chose to let go of ALL I thought I was and thought I had and trusted the Lord to be my provider and Savior and Redeemer and followed my heart. The world became mine and I KNEW that it WAS created for me. I danced and sang and played in the light. I praised the Lord by living life fully and honoring my talents and gifts. Living in joy and passion and abundance as I trusted my destiny and path God laid for me, I learned that God had desired for me more then I was- he had blessings and incomprehensible miracles awaiting for me.

The sky is my playground, freedom is my song, nectar is my sustenance, soft petals are my place of rest, and beauty is my existence. When I could not see the possibilities for me, God knew them as my truth. When I could not see my Divinity – He ONLY saw my Divinity. He blessed me with a prison so I could know the strength, power and joy of breaking free.

On Wednesday October 10th 2004 the first day of my Impact Quest Training is the day I changed my life in many ways. I learned how to take control of my life and I took it back. That was the day I quite smoking after 35 years, Believe me I tried at least twice a year for 30 years to quite. Using everything possible on this earth and spiritually to stop and I never could. I finally gave up on my self !!!! Until that day as I felt the light of pure unconditional love warm my heart realizing the prices I was asking everyone to pay to be in a relationship with me(WOW). I am so grateful to my brother for seeking out Impact training and taking his life on by enrolling himself into (Impact) showing all of us (his family) a new way and how powerful love and gratitude can really be, there has been 28 family members that have since enrolled, what a blessing this has been to all of us!!! Impact training is not a rehab, it is a training of tools and awakening to a new way of choosing into life. Thank you.

Come Find Yourself At Impact Training

The other day, I was at a Maverick convenience store in a small town – in central Utah. As I walked past the register, my name was called out. I turned and locked eyes with a young man, working behind the counter, and saw ‘light’. It took my breath away. There was a joy, a radiance, a confidence that was my privilege to behold. It was not there four months ago – prior to his taking on ‘life’ at Impact Training. After I left the store, I quickly called his mother. Tears choked both our words as we reveled in the positive change of her son. “Results”….THAT….is why I keep walking through the doors at Impact and inviting others to ‘Come’. What is amazing….all you find is your Self.
I invite you to come and find that which is ‘within’.

It’s been 11 years now…since I walked through the Impact Quest doors (in March of 1999, at 3pm, on a Wednesday). I mark my life from that time forward. It’s that powerful.

I learned to listen. To listen to the spark of divinity within my heart that knows. That knows to let go of judgment – that knows beliefs limit me – that knows I have permission to speak up and connect with others (who seek…neigh…hunger for that same connection). I learned that pain manifests when I am hanging onto the past/future. I learned that when I hold myself ‘accountable’ for everything that happens to me, I am free.

This ‘learning’ or ‘knowingness’ is only heard in vulnerability and comes quieter than the softest whisper.

I wake up each day with excitement and anticipation of the glory of each new day, where in my family is happy in their opportunities to grow and serve each other. It extends to my neighborhood, where service and sharing of talents are abundant. It is the same way with my communtiy and city. As the peoples of the world live within their divined purpose, their true selves, when in harmony with God, all of creation is joyful.

Money doens’t exist, everyone trades their talents and services for their needs. We are all humble and full of gratitude. Everyone has a common goal, and that is to treat each other as we would want to be treated. Respect, unconditional love for each other, no judment when we all know our divine purpose and we get to live an share it ever day. The earth is at peace and the trees sing with joy. The animals fulfill all that they were meant to fulfill. The governments ar aligned with one purpose, instead of pride and animosity there is peace and joy.

I healed a volitile relationship

The greatest way my life has changed through Impact Training is that it is beautifully easy. I have believed life required great sacrifice and sorrow to accomplish my spiritual goals. I have a HUGE life and each time it thinks my plate is full, it is~in fact, it overflows. If, however, I choose easy and be guided by universal truth, peace and light, my plate holds everything I put on it. This is the peace and success I have attempted to incorporate through a variety of processes that really just add stress to my life. The greatest shift in me is my accountability for my results. I create my own stress! Therefore I don’t need to reduce my stress or cut out of my life. I just get to shift my perspective and choose easy NOW!

I trust myself, God and my Natural Knowing

I have learned who I am. I was lost, had no confidence, was my biggest judge, needed other people’s validation in my choices. Now that I remembered who I am, I can make my own choices. I don’t live in judgment. I know that everything is perfect in every situation for me. My vision of a healed world is forgiveness and self love. The greatest way my life has changes a s a result of Impact Trainings is I trust myself, God and my natural knowing.

I was able to feel for the first time in a long time

The greatest lesson I learned about myself through the Impact Training is first how shut down I was as a person and all the walls that were surrounding me. I was able to feel for the first time in a long time. I had put on a mask of being hard to protect myself from getting hurt again and I knew that was not who I was, but didn’t know how to change how I was feeling and the fixed beliefs I had about myself. My vision of a healed world is where there is peace and harmony in the air. People singing, smiling and laughing because they feel freedom in their hear and soul. A world where people are in service of one another, excited about living and everyone is full of love that they share with everyone they come into contact with. My life has changed in every aspect! I have been given the opportunity to live from the inside out!!

I can maka a difference

The greatest lesson I learned about myself through the Impact Training is how important I am and how I can make a difference in my life and in others. I have learned that being positive and open to all things and that there is a window of opportunity coming my way all the time. The greatest lesson I learned about myself through Impact Training is that I love me! I see myself as God see’s me. Fear was a big part of my life before. The fear of failure held me hostage from going for my dreams for the fear of not succeeding. Now, I know that in going for my dreams and goals I have succeeded! The outcome in life does not have to look a certain way! My vision of a healed world is where there is no judgment but love and acceptance between all mankind. The greatest way my life has changed is that I live in peace and happiness each moment of my life.

The greatest way my life has changed as a result of the Impact Training is that the happiness I have been looking for is present in my life. I am happier than I have ever been and that happiness is not fragile like it will break any minute, but is continuous, vibrant and peaceful. My relationships are working more than they ever have and improving on a daily basis. Life in general is working. Where it used to be hectic, it is calm and easy.

Learned to let go of my past

One of the biggest lessons I learned in Impact trainings is to learn to let go of my past and all of the mistakes and trials I had served me well. I live in the now and I have learned to stay outward focussed. I am aware of everything and everyone around me. By being outward focussed, I am able to assist others and seem to be consistent with my positive vibration. It’s almost instantaneous when I feel as though I am plummeting into the negative realm. I watch what I say and how I say it. I choose my words before I speak them and have used the language of increase in every conversation. It is becoming more and more natural for me to do so. When communication I find myself engaging more in the conversation, and I realize how important it is to others when I am really hearing what they say. It has enabled me to crate closer relationships with the people I love. Learning and now knowing that abundance is my birthright has been an amazing self-realization. I feel free from all of my fixed beliefs and now choose to believe whatever it is that works for me. I learned all about my inner knowing and trusting my inner core.

I get to be my most honest and authentic self. I am unconditional love. I get to love everyone in my own perfect way. The contribution I make to the world truly makes a difference if done from my heart and spirit. I am whole and perfect just as I am. My history is not the person that I am today. I love myself now and all that I am. Everyone comes from a space of love from our true spirit. I get to make a change in my world and trust that It will ripple across the universe. I get to be unconditional love and spread that to those around me. I am in a constant state of gratitude. By being in gratitude I appreciate more, love greater, serve more and am open to what my creator has in store for me.

I am constantly creating my results

The greatest way my life has changes as a result of Impact Trainings is that I now am constantly creating in my life the results I want to see. I have stopped saying “Life gave me lemons so I’ll just make lemonade.” I know now that life gave me lemons because I wanted to learn to make lemonade. now that I know, I see that I can choose a different lesson and move on.

The greatest way my life has changed as a result of Impact Trainings is that I don’t judge others. I see the good in people I meet. My relationship with my husband has moved to levels I could not imagine before Impact. I have such an amazing amount of compassion. I am outward focused and look every day for a way to bless a life. One a day will make a difference. I have created extra time each day for service. I remembered that I am beautiful, powerful and I have so much to offer and the only thing holding me back is me.

The greatest way my life has changes as a result of the Impact Training is the quality of my life experience has drastically improved. I love myself fully and I’ve forgiven myself and thereby allowed my love to engulf every one of my fellow men. I’ve opened my heart to my purpose. My purpose is to unite all of God’s creations in peace and harmony though my power and passion. I bring healing joy and gratitude and through my loving heart I create a world of beauty and abundance. I’ve been able to break negative, destructive patterns of behavior. i don’t complain over my flaws and keep myself from the beauty around me. I shift easily and get myself back on track. I am somebody!

I am somebody. I am a beautiful, loving compassionate woman. I love myself. I can truly love everyone. Bottom line for is the love. I work up out of a sound sleep at 3:00 in the morning after Quest and the feeling of love was so powerful~I put my head next to my husband’s so he could feel the power and love. I will always remember that feeling. I know now that it starts with me. To heal the world starts with me and my home; to serve and give and show love every moment of every day will ripple out and that is how it starts. My life has changes so much that my stress level is down. I have courage~I love not worrying! I can accept my children and husband for who they are. Hans’ words are always with me~simple words~”Just let it all go.” It’s not my business what people are thinking about me. I can just “BE”!

I am not my history

The greatest lesson I learned about myself through the Impact Training is that I am NOT my history. I am not who others told me I am. Also, I no longer have to hide behind the masks of anger, control and hiding away. I am a beautiful Woman of light. My vision of a healed world is every man, woman and child is strong and healthy~every on of God’s creation has the abundance of love, compassion, peace and joy. The greatest way my life has changed as a result of the Impact Training is all the pain and anger and bitterness in my heart has been replaced with pure love and joy. I have no history, I live for right now. I grasp every opportunity to bring joy and love to others.

The greatest lesson I learned about myself through the Impact Training is that I have put so many limits on myself and I haven’t even touched the potential I am. I am divinity. I knew that, but I couldn’t feel it. I have a specific and perfect purpose with the perfect gifts and talents to fulfill all that I am. My vision of a healed world knows no hate. It is absolute love, light, truth and knowledge of exactly what we each are individually ~ divinity.
